The Company operated under the commercial Bush Business Furniture (“BBF”) and home Bush Furniture (“BF”) brands. Bush leveraged a flexible manufacturing model with domestic production and global sourcing capabilities. Bush’s manufacturing footprint paired with its nationwide distribution positioned the Company well to capture rapid growth in its direct-to-consumer channels.
