Most recently, Michael served as the Global Special Situations Leader within Deloitte’s Financial Advisory group. He is a seasoned strategic leader and global operations expert, bringing over 30 years of experience across professional services—including more than a decade with Big Four firms—boutique consultancies, and industry roles. Michael has a proven track record of guiding organizations of all sizes, from family-owned businesses to large corporations, through complex transformations and dynamic stakeholder environments.

Michael is the Founder of MJ Advisor Services, a boutique consulting firm specializing in senior advisory services and independent director solutions.

‍

He holds an MBA from the Wharton School, where he concentrated in Multinational Management, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in Economics from Tufts University. Michael is currently serving as an independent director on a number of boards.  His past boards include CFS Group plc, MC Communications, Medical Media Holdings, BurgerFi International, and Angstrom Technology Ltd.
