After Korn Ferry, the world’s largest executive recruitment and organizational advisory firm, acquired his predecessor firm in 2009 (a firm he founded in 2002), as Global Private Markets Practice Leader Joe established and built Korn Ferry Private Markets into the industry’s leading practice of its kind.

For over 30 years and in all regions, Joe has worked with General Partners, Family and Institutional Asset Owners and Traditional Asset Managers to establish and accelerate successful private markets investment enterprises. In addition to working for the largest investment firms in the industry, Joe has a distinctive experience working with emerging managers, including many he helped to organize. Joe has worked with firms investing across a wide range of traditional industry sectors as well as rapidly developing emerging sectors including telecom infrastructure, GP Finance, applied data science and sustainable infrastructure.
